Perfect location and superb service

breakfast buffet attentive staff toiletry brand

The breakfast buffet had many options. The food was delicious. The staff are attentive. Andy Chen provides the best service and warmest welcome. I found i was very satisfied with the brand of toiletries in my room. I traveled with friends. The staff were helpful and professional. The spa provides excellent service and facilities.

Online meetings and online work were impossible. The interior needs updates, and a HD or LED TV would be great.

The hotel is located in the heart of Xintiandi. Main attractions are within walking distance. Cozy restaurants are a few steps away. This makes exploring the area very convenient and ENJOYABLE.

Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. They have high-quality bedding, giving excellent sleep quality. The rooms are clean and well kept. I thought this adds to the overall experience.

a mixed bag

lounge atmosphere standard check-in

i must say, the club lounge felt more like some airport business lounge. it had too much formality and not enough atmosphere. the snacks offered weren't anything special, just okay. i was also expecting more of personal touch at check-in, but it felt pretty standard, unlike other places i stayed.

A solid choice

great location several treadmills breakfast options

The hotel location is great and near the subway. The gym includes several treadmills and bikes. I found also a nice sauna at the hotel. I enjoyed the room service and the breakfast options.

I noticed the room had some smoke. An air purifier helped a bit with that. This was a slight discomfort.

The room has a separate bath and shower. Complimentary water is available daily. There is a coffee machine inside the room too. High-quality bedding ensures good sleep.

Staff members are friendly and helpful. The concierge is patient and kind, especially to elderly guests. The doorman is also courteous. I appreciated such attitude.
